Yahoo Homepage

    I have my IE default homepage set to Yahoo.com and when i go to open the
    page it say that it cannot be displayed "just like if i had no internet"? My
    internet is running just fine and i have no other problems accessing any
    other webpages. I have asked other people if they have the same problems and
    no one else does? I've tryed to play with the security setting and
    everything else and still can't access it? I even formatted my harddrive
    last week due to other issues and it still don't work? Is yahoo have a
    problem or is it maybe my internet provider? I run DSL through a modem that
    i recieved from my internet provider... Is this there problem? PLEASE HELP!
    I like yahoo as my homepage!
