I just bought a new retail boxed XP1800 CPU and installed it on a new
    Biostar M7VIG Pro motherboard.

The board only detects a 1150 MHz (100 MHz x 11.5) processor instead
of a 1530 MHz (133 Mhz x 11.5) processor as it should be.

I updated the BIOS to the latest revision and it still won't let me
change the FSB to 133 MHz. The RAM is running at 133 MHz however.

Anyone know why it won't setup the CPU correctly?
