Word file not opening from Adm -My recent docs but opening from file menu of Word

    Whenever I tried to open word file from Start(Administrator)-
    My Recent Documents, I feel it take execessively long time to get open
    Word window,later a popup window with Red Cross showed up saying:
    Windows can't find 'D:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/My
    Documents/----.doc'
    But when I click on file, I can open most recent file/ by browsing.
    I want to know what is reason for delay in opening and error window.Why
    it is taking time to open Word Program despite that I have put Word
    Program in Permit All category of Nortron Antivirus.
