Wireless Zero Configuration service not starting

Discussion in 'Wireless Networking' started by =?Utf-8?B?SmFtZXM=?=, Nov 2, 2004.

  1. I have one system where the service will not start. It is set on automatic,
it starts without a problem when I launch it manually but when I reboot the
system it is not running. The event view shows no problems. This is with sp2
installed but I remember running into it prior to sp2 and did not get it
resolved. Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks

  2. Perhaps you have some other software installed that e.g. came with your
wireless card. There are some of these tools that stop the WZC service.
