Wireless LAN

Discussion in 'NZ Computing' started by Adam Sutherland, Sep 23, 2003.

  1. I'm a student currently studying my Bachelor of Computing Systems at UNITEC
and am looking for a company or organisation who has a wireless LAN in
    operation.

I represent a group of four students who are completing an assignment for
Data Communications and Networking class. As part of the assignment we need
to visit a company or organisation who uses wireless LAN technology and view
it in operation, as well as discussing their experiences and choices
regarding the wireless LAN. The LAN needs to have 3 or more wireless access
points to be useful for our studies.

I've been having trouble finding anyone who has a wireless LAN of reasonable
size in use. If anyone has any ideas of someone who has a medium/large
wireless LAN in use, or knows someone I might be able to contact I'd
appreciate a response. It needs to be within the Auckland area.

    Any ideas welcomed!

    Thanks

  2. Thanks for the response, but I need something within Auckland.
