Windows XP sp3 help

    Hi to evryone!

    I'm using a Fujitsu-Siemens Scenic P 320 i865G, with 40 GB of HDD, 1 GB RAM, wich has installed on Windows XP SP3. I just installed this OS and is impossible to download any of the software I nead to work with, for exemple: Adobe, Avast, BS Player, and so on. Always the file to download go to 99% and never stops. Is the first time that hapends.
    Can somebody help me on this?
