    Hi,
I don't think i am on the right website for this, but it is the
closest thing I have found for an expert answser. I am used to
working in windows 98 SE and have just installed Windows XP Pro. I
like to save my email folders occasionally to a safe space on another
drive. I am used to going to the windos Apps Identities and saving
the email folder and theri messages from there in Win 98.

I have tried to find where these folders are locatd in xp with no
luck. I know that I am supposed to be able to backup my folders, but
I don't understand how to use the backup and associated prompts.
Can't I just copy and paste the email folders like i used to? This
may require more clarification on my part. Thanks. :)

What they said is true also a different approach is to use a second email
program to import the mail into. I've used the Mozilla Thunderbird email
client to do this. It's free from www.mozilla.org
