Windows not loading/freezing/crashing

    Hi
    As above - but using ctrl on start up - safe mode - get message - "himen
    (sys?)" missing, will sometimes load windows but freezes or crashes soon
    after.

    do a RAM test

    or else substitute RAM with known good
