    Where? Specifically the security bar that stops a download at many sites until you
    click on it to allow.

    to disable the security bar that pre-empts an activeX control from
    downloading, and to return to the old-style activeX function where the
    control automatically downloads and then prompts you to confirm
    installation, simply go to the internet options/security tab, and click
    "internet zone" then "custom level" then enable automatic prompting for
    activex controls. If you visit a page that wants to download a signed
    control, then it will download, and then prompt you to confirm installation
    of that control just like IE did prior to SP2. The confirmation box looks a
    little different, but it works the same way. You also have the option to
    always trust controls from a given site, etc. in that dialog box, just like
    in previous versions.
