what device have assigned specific IP address?

Discrovered strange thing: Accidentaly ping non existent IP address (missing '8' digit on second
segment) and something reply. But this device is not listed in ARP table!!! How this is possible? Is
any chance this is real device or only some 'noise' in network stack. I do not use such subnet on my
local network.

Please post the entire routing table.
There most likely is an entry with 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

The address 192.16.0.1 is on internet!
I can ping it here as well.
The path is via your default router.

Exchange privat subnet 10/8 with 192/8, but this reserved subnet is only 192.168/16

192.16.x.x ir really ipv6 routable address. My fault, apology...
