VPN Client data transmission issues

  1. Hello,
In our company we have a cisco 1760 router acting as a gateway to
several remote users, including myself. I recently changed my router
at home to a linksys wireless router. I see something strange when I
use my vpn client to connect:

The client connects without problems, gives me an ip address.
I can ping servers on our main office
i can ssh to the servers at our main office.
    - Problem 1: If I do an 'ls' or 'ps ax' at our office I get no output
and the ssh session locks up.
    - Problem 2:
If I go to http://server_at_main_office a connection is established
but no data is transfered. The page remains blank, the ie flag keeps
on waving BUT the title of the page is updated.
If I telnet to port 80 on the server and type some garbage. I get a
correct error warning from the server. If I type 'GET /
    HTTP/1.1<enter>Host: server<enter><enter>' I get nothing back (similar
    to ls or ps ax).
I can also ftp to the server and start an MGET but no data is ever
    sent.
    (open server
    user blah
    bin
    hash
    mget *)
    no #'s ever appear

It seems like a large amount of data transmitted at once causes some
problems. No other remote user has this problem. Any idea what might
    be going on?

    Thanks,

    Mustafa

    Mustafa,

What do the logs on the Linksys show? If they are of interest, please
post them so we can see any errors.
