I'm certainly not the only one who thinks Vodafone are hopeless, and according to this letter to the editor from yesterday's NZ Herald, Vodafone are just as hopeless providing a mobile phone "service" as they are at providing an Internet "service" ... On Vodafone I spent last week trying to contact Vodafone by phone. No matter the time of day, I got a message saying its call centre was experiencing heavy demand and it could be some time before my call could be taken. So I drove to a Vodafone shop to get my problem sorted. No luck, the assistant said that she would have to call Vodafone on the same number and wait in the queue. Vodafone is a telecommunications company unable to communicate by telephone.
