Vista "Problem Reports And Solutions" Useful, or Worthless Piece a' .. .?

    Everytime this problem report pops up - which is a LOT in my case - I
    click check for new solutions, and it comes back "no solutions found"!

    Then exactly what planet did my PC come from if no solutions to
    frequently crashing Internet Explorer, etc can be found?!? What's the
    point of even having the application?
