Virtual Partitions - How do I get rid of them?

    Since running Norton Ghost (with a few mishaps) Windows Explorer now lists 3
    new drives/ partitions which I presume are some kind of virtual partitions.

    Each of these is displayed in Explorer as 'local disk' with properties
    Size=0 Used=0.

    When I click on the partition Windows asks me if I want to format it, but it
    won't execute a format.

    How do I get rid of these virtual partitions?
    (running W2k & Ghost from NSW 2004)

    Thanks in advance.
