use two different versions of DB2 connect with

    Most of our DB2 databases were on 7 but recently they moved some of
    them to version 8.
    In previous versions of DB2 you could use DB2 connect 6 to communicate
    to
    version 5, 6 and 7 (One up and One down)
    In version 8 it doesn’t allow you to connect to other versions
    than 8. In
    our case we can’t upgrade the other DB2 databases to 8, so that
    is not an
    option.
    So we need to find a way to use two different versions of DB2 connect
    with
    Datastage.
    Below you’ll find the DB2 entry in our DSENV file. What would be
    ideal if
    we can add another Instance and Datastage will pick up both of them.
