    Jacinto,

Study as if you are studying for the three exams that make up the 70-649.

    The three exams are:

Exam 70-640: TS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring
Exam 70-642: TS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring
Exam 70-643: TS: Windows Server 2008 Applications, Configuring

Check out the Microsoft preparation guide at:
    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-649.mspx

The Microsoft Press Self Study kits from the preparation guide are:

MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-640): Configuring Windows Server 2008,
    Active Directory (ISBN 9780735625136)
MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-642): Configuring Windows Server 2008,
    Network Infrastructure (ISBN 9780735625129)
MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-643): Configuring Windows Server® 2008
    Applications Infrastructure (ISBN 9780735625112)

Or you could buy them as a package:

    MCITP Self-Paced Training Kit (Exams 70-640, 70-642, 70-643, 70-647):
Windows Server® 2008 Enterprise Administrator Core Requirements (ISBN
    9780735625723)
