I got a bounced email this morning with an accompanying error message which
I didn't understand, and I wondered if anyone could provide an
interpretation of what the problem is?

SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO::
host calligate2.cali.co.uk [62.172.47.48]: 500 Access denied, too many
    RSETs

I've not come across a "too many RSETs" message, and google didn't come up
    with any suggestions.

    TIA

RSET is a server command that clears it's envelope.
It has nothing to do with clients, and is therefore
    not a problem your end.
