I would like to remove the empty toolbar across the top of the mozilla
window located just below the address window.
For comparison, Netscape provides the ability to do this by clicking on the
arrow to the left of the given bar. It then minimizes the selected bar.
    Any thoughts?

I had this problem after I moved all my bookmarks up to the top. Go to View
    blank third row.

    Hope this works.

    Thanks Bob, that worked.
It would be nice to have functionality such as this with the user in mind
    for ease of use.
