  1. Getting flagged while on the internet:Win.Explorer has caused an error in
    TOOLBAR.DLL or KERNAL32.DLL.How do I fix this? Can't open either file.

    control panel/add remove programs/internet explorer or proper browser/select

    Also search your registry for toolbar.dll. Might find a leftover from
    something like xupiter or similar you had at one time and removed later.
