to be Win 2k Server or to be Win 2003 Server certified?

    i'm new. whats good for current and future trend
    regarding IT...should i go for Windows 2000 Server MCSE
    or the latest Server 2003 MCSE?
    most businesses still uses Win2k Server not to mention
    Win NT...so would it help if i go straight to Win 2003?
    you guys are the expert please let me hear it. thx in
    advance.
