The guys at Microsoft are directing users to for driver
updates, etc. The very fact that Microsoft doesn't say, 'go to the site to get the drivers--like they do with every other
operating system they have ever had' shows that this product does not have
the full resources of Microsoft to make it the way Microsoft usually makes
    its software -- complete.

Because Microsoft does not write the hardware drivers. But the hardware
vendors do provide Microsoft the drivers; I have received driver updates
    in Win x64!

  3. Drivers are the responsibility of the hardware manufacturer and not
"like they do with every other operating system they have ever had"
You obviously have not been around when a new OS was introduced, especially
one as different as 64 bit.

The drivers do not make the OS complete or not.
    This OS is complete.
Hopefully you have voiced your opinion to the hardware manufacturers
responsible for your hardware, they decide what driver support their
customers need partly based on customer feedback.
