    Charlie Root Guest

You've got too little free space on the flash, unlikely enough for any
image. As from 'dir' output total used space seems to be more than manual
sum of all file-sizes, there's probably a deleted file which still occupies
space on the flash - use 'squeeze flash:' to make that space available. Now
compare size of your new image with available space on the flash, and if
that's not enough, 'delete flash:flash' (based on your output) and 'squeeze
flash:' again. Finally proceed with 'copy tftp: flash:'.
This looks like you have some connectivity problems between your switch and
TFTP server. Make sure that speed/duplex settings are correct (if your
workstation is a Windows box, it's very likely to have auto-negotiation
turned on, while switch might be explicitly configured for
    100Mbps/full-duplex operations).

    Kind regards,
    iLya
