You've got too little free space on the flash, unlikely enough for any image. As from 'dir' output total used space seems to be more than manual sum of all file-sizes, there's probably a deleted file which still occupies space on the flash - use 'squeeze flash:' to make that space available. Now compare size of your new image with available space on the flash, and if that's not enough, 'delete flash:flash' (based on your output) and 'squeeze flash:' again. Finally proceed with 'copy tftp: flash:'. This looks like you have some connectivity problems between your switch and TFTP server. Make sure that speed/duplex settings are correct (if your workstation is a Windows box, it's very likely to have auto-negotiation turned on, while switch might be explicitly configured for 100Mbps/full-duplex operations). Kind regards, iLya
