Testing Center Rant

    Am I the only person to find it ironic to be taking an exam about C# on
    a Pentium (if at all) machine running Windows 3.11 with a 15" screen? I
    would find it almost funny if it wasn't for the fact that these exams
    cost $100 a pop.

    I have taken exams in two differents countries and had the same type of
    machine. Has anybody actually ever had a decent machine for their exam?
