I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question, but
    hopefully someone can help.

I have a cisco 5300 running 12.3(9a) and a tcl script that I wrote that
works fine. I was trying to get the remote ip address of the incoming
voip call leg but the infotag "leg_remoteipaddress" is always blank.
This is how I'm trying to use the tag:

set remoteip [infotag get leg_remoteipaddress leg_incoming]

But remoteip is always blank. The same goes for
    leg_remote_media_ip_address and leg_remote_signaling_ip_address. Does
anyone have any clue? Thanks for any help!

    - is it lunchtime yet?
