Super Slow Response on Internet Access via Dial-up

    Recently, I have been experiencing Super Slow Response on Internet Access
    via Dial-up with my PC.
    However, if surf using my laptop, the response is slightly faster... What
    could be wrong with my PC ?

    Besides, deleting the 'Temprary Internet Files' in the Internet Explorer
    Properties... what else can i do ?
    Appreciate advice. Thanks.

    Check for Spyware using Adaware/Spywareblaster/Spybot Search and destroy
