Starting Error Msg: "Generic Host Process For WIN 32 Service has encountered a problem..." : Meani

    Hello:

    Running XP.

    Occasionally, perhaps 20% of the time, when starting up, the
    following error msg. appears:

    "Generic Host Process For WIN 32 Service has encountered a
    problem and needs to close"

    I then continue normally, and everything seems to work just fine.

    Any idea what this msg relates to, and the consequences of ?
