Spam, junk, garbage, trash, trojans

    Why is all the spam coming as if from personal names now? I delete all that
    crap without opening it anyway. Some of it is even from myself! I know I
    don't send myself spam. How stupid are they?

    It sounds like you are describing spoofed mail,
    propagated by viruses/worms.
