Got my first order filled from Shutterfly on the recommendations of
many in this newsgroup. I must say I am disappointed. All 23 pictures
with the exception of a few are too light. I duplicated some of these
pictures with an order from Walmart which came out (on the whole) ok
so I do have a frame of reference. I may try this place again, but not
anytime soon. They do have a policy where if your not satisfied you
can return them, but that's not the point. The pictures shouldn't be
*this* bad the first time around. There should be some quality control
measure in place so that the pictures coming out should be relatively
close to what they should look like.

Mine was terrible at Walmart and ok at walgreens. I'm tyring
shutterfly but I'm also waiting on a list of local places that have a
light jet and can print a 36-bit tiff. By default shutterfly
"autocorrects" every picture. You have to turn this off. Did you?

Do you or anyone else out there know if Walmart applies any
autocorrectional editing? If so, can you request it be printed as it,
