Please bare with me as I am new at this. I have a 2008 Server, with AD and DNS. I also have a 2003 Server hosting my web server. Both servers can access the Internet. I have the 2003 Server pointing to the 2008 Server. My client computer is joined to the domain, and the 2003 server is joined to the domain. My issue is I can remote into the 2008 Server using my laptop, but I can't remote into the 2003 server. I cannot ping the 2003 server, not can the 2003 server ping the laptop. I can ping the 2008 server, but the 2008 server cannot ping my laptop. If I take my laptop off the domain then I can ping the 2008 server and the server can ping the laptop. Am I missing some setting here? My laptop and the 2003 server are using the IP address of the 2008 server as their DNS. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you need to check firewall settings!
