sending e-mails' to mobile phone

    is anyone out there that could tell me how to send e-mails to mobile phones?
    what's the procedure? i'm having lots of problems

    Hi,
    There is software and a number of the mobile carrier settings at
    http://www.notepage.net (look under the support section).
