    I'm an Executive Recruiter with Riviera Partners and interested in
    connecting with CCNP's with IP Telephony/IPCC/CIPT and deep
    CallManager expertise regarding a retained search for a Senior
    Solutions Consultant with our Bay Area, CA client.

    The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for the pre-sales, field
    deployment, training, and customer support of their IP Telephony
    Software Management Solution.

    The qualified candidate must be highly capable of communicating both
    with customers and internally within the entire organization. The
    qualified candidate will have 5+ years experience engaged in the
    customer lifecycle, and must be effective in growing prospects into
    satisfied customers in both a consultative technical sales/integration
    role, as well as primary post sales support.

    Key responsibilities will include technical product demonstrations and
    presentations, solution deployment and integration, customer service
    and support, and documentation.

    Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco's CallManager is a MUST
    Experience successfully supporting large scale Cisco IP phone
    Experience Troubleshooting Voice and Data Networking Issues
    Demonstrated highly effective communication skills
    Deep Knowledge of IP Networks, Routing and Switching
    Working knowledge of JBoss, Apache Tomcat, MySQL
    Network Management Technology
    Fluency with administration of Windows 2000
    Proven project management skills essential
    Willingness to travel extensively
    Some coding ability ideal – HTML, Java, SQL, preferred
    Understanding of SNMP and some exposure to network management software
    integration preferred

    Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to new
    Ability to work in both a team environment and individually
    Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
    Availability to work on-call as necessary (24x7)
    Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
    Articulate: Able to evangelize and concisely deliver the value
    Communicator and Team Player: Excellent listener; proven collaborator
    with customers, superiors, peers and staff.
    Consultative/Solution Sales Presence
    Passionate: Enthusiastic with high level of energy.
    True self-starter required: Previous experience working in a startup
    Patient: Ability to walk customers through implementation, training
    cycle and post sales inquires.
    Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
    Competitor: Plays to win.
    Proven ability to manage the uncertainties of a start-up environment

    Analysts agree the IP Telephony market will grow to an estimated $8B
    industry within fours years.
