second career / skills upgrade, courses - how to ?

    Hi,

    I may qualify for government fundings for upgrading my skills under above
    mentioned govt. initiatives. I live in toronto, canada and I am asked to
    choose any courses for maximum study of 2 years.

    I have masters in computers and have not worked recent 5 years. I am
    interested in taking courses/certification for 'software plus services'
    and/or any software+financials products or any other microsoft software
    product related learning.

    which Microsoft courses/certification qualify for reemployment efforts that
    government is putting due to current economic situation?
