Save Configuration Cisco pix 515e

    I have a Firewall cisco pix 515e with 6.2 OS and i try to copy the
    configuration to tftp server 10.0.0.2 using the command "write net"
    but it leaves the error to me "timed out attemping to connect"
    [failed].

    somebody can help me

    --You first need to define the TFTP with the command

    tftp-server inside 10.0.0.2 /filename.cfg

    --then write net will save config

    --get sure that you can access the server

    ping inside 10.0.0.2

    --and that the tftp server is runing



    and that the tftp is running

    the same error and yes i`can ping the tftp server...

    On some tftp servers (mostly on UNIX), you need to create a file with 0
    size and the same name as file that you will be uploading to server.
    Then try to upload.
