RunTime Error

    everytime i open a program and what not i get a runtime error and it closes
    the program and therefore i cant do anything with my computer so how do i fix
    it

    Which program is it? Does it happen with every program? Are there any error
    messages? If you can provide some details someone will probably be able to
    help you.
