RPC server is unavailbe when trying to add a user into the administrators group on local machine.

    Hi all,

    Created a new domain, have added a PC to domain, however can't add any users
    in Active Directory to the administrators group on the local machine.

    Every time I try to do so I get the following error message;

    "The RPC server is unavailable".

    Any Ideas?

    the computer you're adding to the domain are not equal to the time and
    date on the Domain Controller.
