    If it is referencing a driver file it means to go back to
    the file that you had installed previously before you
    installed the newer file.

  6. ....such is the life in IT. Do the work late at night so that the end users
    are not impacted. Wake up early in the morning and go in to make sure they
    are okay...and spend 8 hours+ @ work.

    ....and initiate your backout plan early if things go downhill. Few things
    are worse than reporting failure to management on 4.5 hours of sleep...or
    less.
