Whether you refer to it as a pen drive, jump drive, thumb drive, key drive, or memory stick, you have to admit, the USB Flash drive is pretty darn cool. Just stick it into the USB port on your computer and within a few seconds a new drive appears on your desktop. So simple and so easy. Yet, can any of these drives stand out from the other? Corsair believes they have what it takes.

I once accidentally strapped it to an offroad tire with chains and drove through a swamp and then forgot it was there and then winter set in and I drove through ice and snow and slush with it, then a year later I remembered it and plugged it in and, it didn't work.

I think it was MPC that had a funny sidebar one issue where they subjected a lot of thumb drives to serious stress, some of it was extreme like I said there. But most of them stood up to some serious stuff, including going through a washer/dryer, being put in a microwave, etc.

Go stand on a street corner or something :p Busk with your stratocaster and make some extra cash, then buy stuff with it. It's as good as getting free stuff, but you get to choose which free stuff you get :)
