The BBC recently put an interesting program about loosing weight on their
    'i-player'.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00ksh7c/10_Things_You_Need_to_Know_About_Losing_Weight/

Today I wanted to send it to someone, but the site says that it has been
taken down, which is what they do after a short while.

Is there anyway I could retrieve it, or importantly for future use; actually
lift it from the BBC i-player web page and record it on to my own hard
    drive? Thanks.

Download the program you want from the BBC page and then run it through F4WM
to get rid of the licencing crap.
