Can anyone suggest how I can open a .GEM file?

I haven't come across one before and have Win98SE on PC, and Photoshop.

    Hi,

    According to a Google search:

  3. GEM was an alternative to Windows. It had its own native vector and bitmap
formats. You will find an import filter in Corel DRAW. If you want to send
me your file, I'll try importing it and re-exporting it to whatever you
    want.
