Hi, Below is the scenario I wish to create. I have a distribution switch which is the core switch for floor switches. All the floor switch vlans are created on this distribution switch. The distribution switch is in a different building from the floor switches. Distribution switch is in Bldg A. Floor switches are in Bldg B. There are total 5 cables running between the the two buildings. 4 of these cables are used for uplink to the floor switches. I have to connect 1 device from Bldg B directly to the distribution switch using this uplink cable. I have to connect another switch from Bldg B to distribution switch in Bldg A but in a different vlan from the other floor switches. The diagram is attached below. I am falling short of uplinks. How to achieve both the connectivity by configuring the switches.
