Problems with Dl / Upload speed ...

    Do you have some problems of uploading and downloading speed last few days ?
    I mean dl speed under 100Ko/s or upload speed under 5Ko ?

    I've tried with microsoft sites and usually i dl at 350Ko/s and those few
    days i can't go higher than 50-80 ...

    I've tried with another ISP (friends account) and dl / up speed is normal
    ( 350Ko / 14Ko )

    ANybody got an idea ? or the same problem ?
