PIX firewall ver7.04 failover problem

    The scenario is 2 PIX firewalls directly connected to 2 AVAYA L3 switches.

    FTP Server is in Inside network of PIX.
    FTP Client is in Outside network of PIX.

    When failover occured by closing Active unit, Ftp connection is alive (Standby unit is active).
    But when I boot up active unit and it begins to sync configuration from standby unit (active status). FTP connection is lost this time and I don't know that what happened? But it doesn't happend with Cisco switch.

    If anyone had an experience about this, Please help me to findout the problem and solution.

    advice

    Do you know anything about configuing 1 pix connected to a local pc with internet access. I am having problems and know one is helping
