The great website has posted some new information on
the upcoming release of Peter Jackson’s ‘King Kong’ production diaries
    on DVD.

For those who haven’t been checking regularly, ‘King
Kong’ director Peter Jackson has been running regular video updates on
the filming of his upcoming mega-monkey monster movie. Each diary
takes viewers into a different aspect of filming, from interviews with
the cast, to tours around the set, to shots of Peter Jackson sleeping
    on his office couch.

On December 13, MCA Home Video will be releasing all the video diaries
in a big, limited edition, two-disc collector’s set. The DVDs will
contain all 54 of Peter Jackson’s production diaries, and along with
them you’ll get a box full of collectible extras including a 52-page
full color book, and 4 exclusive production art prints. It’ll all come
in a special collector’s case designed to look like a chest.

MCA has released the first artwork for the DVD set, in the form of an
upcoming print ad. Take a look at it below:

"Arguing with anonymous strangers on the Internet is a sucker's game
because they almost always turn out to be -- or to be indistinguishable from
-- self-righteous sixteen-year-olds possessing infinite amounts of free time."
