Packet8 DTA-310 clicking noise & flashing link light

    I just got packet8 service 1-2 weeks ago and have really liked it. It's
    become apparent though that there is a clicking noise in the background of
    the call that is now very loud and annoying. I've noticed that the
    DTA-310's link light flashes with the same "rhythm" as the clicking. Is my
    DTA-310 defective? Has anyone else had this problem or have any
    suggestions? It's after hours right now for Packet8 customer service. I
    wish they had someone on call!! I'll try tomorrow, but if anyone has any
    suggestions now they would be appreciated.

    I'm wondering if it's ISP related? They "upgraded" a couple days ago but
    they had some glitches. Many customers were having problems. Last night I
    was getting dialup download speeds. Tonight I'm getting about 450-1000kbps
    download and 122 upload. Ping times to www.packet8.net are around 150ms.
