P4 875P vs 865PE Chipset?

I'm planning to buy a new P4 2.8 system and would like some advice on
    picking
a motherboard. For the OS I'll be running XP pro and the system will
primarily be used for CAD apps, which use OpenGL graphics. Some of the info
I've found shows that a 865PE will often perform as well as or better than
an 875 Chip using some industry benchmarks. What real world
performance or functionally would I lose/gain by going to an 865PE rather
    than the 875P? Any
    input welcome.

    TIA

You would lose next to nothing with cad apps but just be sure you don't
sacrifice any other features or upgradeability of the newer core logic that
    you may want.
