OmniPage Pro 14 and HP PSC 1350

    OS: Windows 2000
    Scanner: HP PSC 1350 All-in-one
    PC 1.0 Ghz PC Clone
    Memory 1GB (512MB + 2x256MB)

    I installed the All-in-one and then Omnipage Pro. When I start Omnipage
    standalone, I get the dreaded "memory could not be read" error. I cannot
    even get to the update screen to see if the live patch works as I cannot
    start the app. Can anyone please help? Note I have no modem, no fax s/w
    interfering.

    Did you run the All-in-one to check it works in all sections ?

    Did you re-boot between installations ? Did you stop all other apps from
    running before installation ? These isn't strictly necessary, but are good
    rules to follow when installing hard and software ...
