OLYMPUS 560 vs 575 ??

I am purchasing a budget digital for use at work. They have a budget of
about $300. (Cdn.) and want to purchase locally. It would be used most for
taking pictures at indoor events (workshops, tradeshows) and for "Grip &
Grins", so good indoor/low light results are important. Ease of use is also
a factor (differing skill levels in the office.)

Considering the budget, we are looking at the Olympus 560 or 575. What is
the difference between these two? They seem to have almost identical
features and are priced within a few dollars (The 560 was $20 more but is
now "on sale") I called Olympus, but all they could tell me was that the
570 had sound on the video function (we wouldn't really use this) and a few
more automatic settings (portrait, outdoor etc.) However the 570 is priced a
little less (at least locally, the two seem the same online) Why?

Is there a difference in the two models or is it so minimal as to not make
    much of a difference?

Thanks in advance for the expertise.
