[Newbie] Virtual-Acces1 changed state to down and up ?

    Sometimes we have these events logged :

    2005-01-12 02:38:39 Local7.Info 192.168.0.9 2494: 002495:
    ..Jan 12 02:38:39.366 Paris: %DIALER-6-UNBIND: Interface Vi1 unbound
    from profile Di1
    2005-01-12 02:38:40 Local7.Error 192.168.0.9 2495: 002496:
    ..Jan 12 02:38:39.374 Paris: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Virtual-Access1,
    changed state to down
    2005-01-12 02:38:41 Local7.Notice 192.168.0.9 2496: 002497:
    ..Jan 12 02:38:40.246 Paris: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on
    Interface Virtual-Access1, changed state to down
    2005-01-12 02:39:02 Local7.Info 192.168.0.9 2497: 002498:

    What does it mean ? What is Virtual-Acces1 and why his state make a
    quick down/up ?
