CD Premium? What does that mean?

And what is "deluxe" about the edition?

After checking with the studio representative there is not much more than in
the official announcement about this title. Apparently there is a bonus CD
included in the package, most likely a soundtrack. Since the original
release had an isolated score it looks like they just made a CD of it and
included it for this time around. The term 'deluxe' is often applied by the
studio's marketing area without any real definition. Here is seems to refer
to the extra disc since the specifications seem to be pretty much the same
as the 'Special Edition' released August 2001.
