New releases: Fox two pack blitz, WB 3 packs: Updated complete downloadable R1 DVD DB & info lists

    Fox chimes in with yet more double feature packs. Just to add to the
    confusion of all the multiple variations of these sets they have decided to
    issue different UPC numbers, therefore making each variation a different
    release, for two packs that are either packaged side by side or back to
    back. Inside the discs are the same as their previous single film releases
    including any extras and technical specifications. If you are planning to
    purchase any of these two packs be a little bit careful. Widescreen versions
    of some films are mixed in with pan & scan versions of the second film.
    Check the specifications you want against the UPC numbers in the database to
    be sure before you buy. Each pack has a suggested price of $29.98.
    Due out on November 11th are; One Hour Photo (Special Edition/ Pan & Scan) /

    Warner Brothers also is offering multiple feature sets but without the
    marketing confusion of the Fox releases. On September 16th they are
    releasing Action Collection 3 Pack (Deep Blue Sea / Perfect Storm / Sphere),
    Chevy Chase Collection (Caddyshack / Funny Farm / Spies Like Us), Harrison
    Ford Collection 3 Pack (Frantic / Fugitive / Presumed Innocent), Jack
    Nicholson New Collection 3 Pack (Batman / Mars Attacks / Witches of
    Eastwick) and Sean Connery Collection 3 Pack (Just Cause / Man WHo Would Be
    King / Outland). Each will go for $39.92.

    From Questar there is some DVDs for the nature lover due out over the next
    few months. On August 26th are Nature: Antarctica, Nature: Chimpanzees and
    Nature: Reptiles. Set for September 9th; Nature: Horses. Due out September
    16th Nature: Reptiles Snakes and Lizards. Hitting the streets on September
    23rd Nature: Alaska, Nature: Dogs. September 30th brings Nature: Birds.
    Coming on October 7th Nature: Bears, Nature: Animal Minds, Nature: Wild
    Stallions.

    Stop by for a complete downloadable information list of all region one DVDs
    in several formats as well as daily changes. The official list now
    features31,732 titles with 187 additions or changes and 617 Pre-Release
    announcements. The All Titles list has 32,349 titles. Recent releases
    include: Last Week 302, This Week 264 and Next Week 283 titles.
